In response to the COVID-19 virus outbreak, PHFA’s physical offices are currently closed. PHFA will continue normal operations of the Homeownership Programs Division, with employees working from home. There may, however, be some delays. The lender reservation system will be operating on regular scheduled hours and loan locks will continue to be accepted. For Secondary inquiries, please send messages to email@example.com .
We will continue to accept PreClosing loan submissions for review via VirPack in addition to submissions for ineligible conditions and change requests. Please allow for up to five business days for PreClosing reviews to be completed. For PreClosing inquiries, please send messages to Preclosing@phfa.org.
Purchase Package submissions will also be accepted and reviewed. Following the normal process, eligible loans will continue to be funded. For purchase inquiries, please send messages to Sfpurchasing@phfa.org.
All the appropriate reports and notices will continue to be available for these phases of the loan process via the Pipeline Plus.
With regards to submission of original final documents to PHFA, please continue to mail them to us.
