System Maintenance Closure Notice:

Please be advised that all PHFA Systems will be unavailable Friday, May 15th, 2026 through Sunday, May 17th, 2026 due to scheduled technical maintenance. PHFA Offices will be closing at noon Friday, May 15th, 2026.

Lender access to the Pipeline Plus system, Lock Desk, and VirPack will be unavailable during the update. 

Please share this notice with all the appropriate staff members handling PHFA loans. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
